Perfect Christmas Gift
Commissioned as a present for Xmas, A4. A beautiful home in sunny Hawke’s Bay. The magnolia blooms and fence were important to keep in the picture and the recipient was a fan of watercolour so I played up that in the painted sky.
Art for your walls
This client had a classic art deco home in popular Napier. A4. They wanted to bring the outside of their character house inside to their modern interior. That painted watercolour sky is a good example of our bright blue summers in Hawke’s Bay

How it works
Your stitched home takes approximately 4 – 8 weeks to embroider.
Shipping is $15 within NZ

Method
The embroidered image will be of the exterior of your house (Worked from photos you have supplied). No large items except for some trees and bushes will be embroidered (e.g. cars, boats, unicorns). Unless these are important, then please let me know. Working with a front-on view of your home is preferred but you can be the director.
Optional: A painted splash of the perfect sky painted behind your home. Painted in a watercolour style.
We will start with a conversation and when details are agreed on a non-refundable deposit of $150 will need to be paid before any design takes place.
Please contact me with the details of your commission. Before the piece is sent to you the final invoice needs to be paid in full.
Commissions are $700.00
In your confirmation email, expect to be asked for photos of your home to start the design process. You can supply a number of these to communicate the feel of your home and accurately show me the colours used.

Mostly Stitched
The stitched area will be approx. A7 - A6 on a 400mm square canvas
Other sizes: I no longer accept larger stitched sizes
The watercolour sky is optional
A coloured fabric background can be used

Your piece is framed in a white tray frame size 400mm x 400mm. If you have custom mounting requirements don’t hesitate to start that conversation. This may change the price. Please note tray frames do not contain glass. If you prefer your piece to be framed under glass please contact me for alternative mounting options.

Moving across the world means leaving behind your home. This couple brought their memories with them through a home commission and bonus an anniversary gift. Brick and rambling roses were important for this beauty.
