Ngaio Blackwood is an Artist living in Napier, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.
"I do what I do to help others get lost in the beauty of imperfection."
One mark leads to the next.
My work is about embracing imperfection, using paint and stitching it flows from soft to hard edges incorporating abstraction to blur lines and boundaries. I draw inspiration from the everchanging sky.
I'm currently working towards a small series of pieces for a Gallery in Napier.
